My first Kantha quilt from DGY was beloved by our elderly (cranky) cat, but my mother's dog also developed an obsession with it, too... and ended up wrecking it. I ordered two more as replacements and the cats (including our cranky girl) immediately had to inspect/ claim them the minute they came out of the package. Are these soaked in catnip? ;)
Anyway, I love to use these Kantha quilts as a lighter blanket that looks so pretty even folded up. Big thanks to the DGY for taking the time to pick two that coordinate nicely with each other—they're going to be folded up together out of reach when not in use to protect them from the dog—and look VERY nice next to each other as you can see :D
They're so beautiful I feel a little bad that they won't be on full display, but better safe than sorry!

Wonderful light blanket. I've made a few quilts myself, but enjoy the random patchwork of others' creations - you never know what you'll get, and it's lovely to take the time to appreciate the various arrangements and patterns. The hand-sewn running stitches make it extra special. It matches my bedding, too! Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the color requests, I really appreciate it.

These are beautiful! I ordered one, loved it so much that I ordered 2 more to give to others. Ive used mine every day since receiving it. Photo is a glimpse of all three. The back sides are plain. The two darker blankets have different patchwork. I love these so much!

This is actually the second one I've gotten, and it's even more beautiful than the first, though the color scheme is darker. It's going to be a summer bedcover, taking the place of my current 20lb crocheted blanket!
