How does free shipping work?
US orders of $99 or more ship free with standard shipping. The free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, so you don't need a code.

Does free shipping apply to expedited shipping?
No. Free shipping covers standard US shipping only. If you choose expedited shipping, the regular expedited rate applies.

Do you offer free shipping outside the US?
Not at this time. Free shipping is for orders shipping to US addresses.

Can I use free shipping with other discounts?
It works with most of our sales and promo codes. It can't be combined with:
  • The 35% off monthly coupon for Yarn of the Month, Skirt of the Month and Crochet Hook of the Month Club members
  • Club membership discounts (members already get discounted shipping and 5% off every order)
  • Loyalty points redemption coupons
If your cart has one of these, the free shipping won't apply at checkout. You'll still get whichever discount you applied.

Does free shipping apply to subscriptions?
Free shipping applies to one-time purchases. Subscription orders ship at their own subscription rates.
