Goodbye Summer, and hello Fall 🍁🎃 We can’t lie, we are a little excited to put away our summer dresses for some cozy sweaters. It’s the best season to layer up and add some dimension to your wardrobe. Here are some of our favorite ways to layer for fall.
As mentioned in past blogs, the Zaria is our Boho Fall queen. We love that the maxi style dress can move from summer to fall with just adding on a layer. Add extra edge to your outfit by slipping on a leather jacket. We love the mix between the bohemian style dress and the rocker vibe of the jacket. It ties together with such a fun look. Wear boots or some sneakers to capture that effortlessly cool girl aesthetic.
In fall we want to dress comfortably. After a long summer of heat waves we want to tuck right into the cozy aspects of our favorite season. Our Sari Wrap Skirt is such a comfortable piece of clothing in itself. It ties to fit your body and the airy fabric is so breathable. So what better to pair with than a big sweatshirt. Imagine a cool crisp Fall morning, throwing on your favorite Sari Wrap Skirt and the cutest graphic sweatshirt to go apple picking…what could be better?!
In my opinion, turtleneck sweaters are one of the best ways to layer. They can fit comfortably under a lot of jackets or sweaters to add a fun layered look. I love to wear a turtleneck under our Amara Dusters. The Amara is made from a light sari silk material so you won’t get too hot in the early bits of fall. This look is a great business casual look when paired with dark jeans or trousers.
A staple of colder weather is a scarf. Our Reclaimed Sari Silk Medley scarf is one of my favorite ways to keep some color in your wardrobe for Fall. In the colder months we usually see more darker colors in our wardrobe but for this season bright colors are the way to go. Our Medley Scarf has 7 layers of unique sari material that will brighten up any outfit. My go-to way to wear it is with your biggest, coziest sweater. Wrap it around your neck or leave it open to add shape to your figure.
We LOVE our new Peacock Maxi Dress so much we do not want to pack it up with the rest of our summer closet. We are going to wear this baby all year! To make sure you stay warm as the temperature drops add a chunky cardigan. Loafers are in this fall so wear them with a tall sock.
