This crochet headscarf is inspired by the classic Taj, the Persian and Arabic interpretation of a crown.  Developed during the Mestopotamian era, this conical shaped hat is the symbol of high standing reputation and esteem. While traditional taj's are made from fabric and leather, this taj is made from 100% Sari Silk Ribbon, and features optional fringe detailing and wrap instructions.
