I worked up this pattern in solid black and maybe the materials have changed since the pattern was first published, I am not sure, but I am going to need an extra hank of chiffon ribbon yarn and an extra cake of worsted weight yarn in order to finish mine (and since I opted to make mine in black and the black chiffon ribbon is only sold in four-packs& sigh.) The pattern is also either unclear to me or missing some information that makes it hard to work up, causing me to wing it in a few places (which perhaps is why I will need extra yarn?) And there is no guideline for sizing/gauge as well as no this end up explanation, so for those of us who are spatially challenged, this whole pattern is kind of a mess.I am probably 85% finished but it will sit until I can either trade for a final skein of black chiffon or can come up with reasoning to splurge on three extra skeins to get that fifth black one I need.
