Points can only be converted into discount coupons.
You can use it on any items except orders with subscriptions or other promotions.
We only allow one discount per order.
Points will expire after a year of inactivity.
Loyalty discount coupons will expire in 60 days from when they are issued
Automatically, any balance will be depleted once the coupon is applied to any size order. We cannot reinstate unused balances.
For special orders like Draft Orders or Facebook sale we will have specific periods of time when you can use discount codes. Otherwise their use for special orders is prohibited.
