Indigo Quail is the one-stop shop where anyone can come pick up an all-inclusive kit and make something. It’s really that easy. We will get you clear step-by-step instructions, beautiful yarn, trendy designs, and not to mention access to our amazing online community filled with people just like you! Plus everyone gets a special BONUS in every box! All of our kits come with bragging rights included. We hope you enjoy ;) We worked hard to get all that into this little box so that you can skip to the fun part and just start making!
Our first product to join the Indigo Quail family is Sock of the Month Club. This club is similar to our other subscription boxes, with all the same benefits, expect dedicated to making socks! Each month you will get new colors of wool blend skeins handmade in Turkey! There will be a knit and crochet pattern in every box. Subscribe to get a year's worth of socks :)
In honor of the launch of Indigo Quail, we are calling to all of you out there who have something hidden in your photo library, or in your closet, or maybe tucked away in your “fix it later” bin. We want to see it all! Show us the mistakes you made, the reason you kept going and how it made you feel! We all know the only way for people to feel confident is to have visibility and feel seen. The internet is often saved only for your perfect pieces, but we should see all the inbetweens too. :)

The Importance of Documenting
With Indigo Quail we believe that the journey is as important as the finished project. So we put together a list of our quick tips to ensure you remember all the hard work, fun, and excitement that goes into every project! Take pictures of your work as you go! Sometimes we get lost in picture perfect posts online and forget all the fun that went into that finished project. We believe that remembering the process is as important as the finished product! Our team put together some tips for you to use along the way.
A Recipe for Documenting Your Project:
- Take a picture of your box and kit before you start
- Take a picture of your favorite place to sit while working on the project
- Take an extra minute to take a picture of your project when you get to the halfway mark in a well lit, uncluttered area with all of your supplies
- When finished take your finished project out for a stroll and tell everyone where you got it from “I MADE IT!”
P.S. a friendly reminder that you’re taking these pictures for yourself, to remember all the hard work and fun that went into making these socks. But don’t be afraid to show your progress to friends, on social media, to your cat (we’ve all done it ;) ). The best part of making is how proud you feel. We want to make sure you take the opportunity to take in all that self-love every step of the way.
