Weekly Mystery Boxes are Bomb!

I loved my weekly mystery drop box of goodies! It was so much fin to unwrap the box and see what was inside. Besides the yarns I received I also found a tension ring and some stitch markers in my package. The 6 skeins of yarn I received were in a mix of colors and yarn weights all of them as gorgeous as can be. I’m trying to keep from buying too many of these as I want to be able to splurge on the Black Friday deals!

Got to Love the Mystery!

This color selection stunned me!

I joined the Darn Good Yarn club in November 2022. Ive cut out a number of paid apps to do this. I hadnt been using the apps lately ask my kids have mostly grown up (they are adults but have special needs, so will always be my kids). I received the most beautiful fall colors of yarn!! I am NOT a fall colors person, but this one stole my breath. I love the 3 plies of separate colors spun into one ply. Now to find what I can brighten up with my pretty yarn. Maybe a couple fall gnomes!

Loving my darn good yarn!

This is my first yarn subscription and I am really enjoying it. The yarn is very saturated and vibrant in color. I am knitting a shawl right now from one of my monthly boxes and the yarn is delicious to work with. It's luxurious in the hand and it's really fun to see the variegated colors come out. Witches brew

I got 3 skeins of the witches brew colorway this month and I made the star stitch shawl and it turned out so witchy and amazing! I've ordered a ton of darn good yarn and I love every inch of it! The silk is so smooth and soft and it really lends itself to all sorts of unique projects. Looking forward to next months surprise!

Fun shopping experiences!

I've only received one skirt of the month so far, but I received a really fun skirt! The sizing was off from what was listed on the site, but hopefully that was a one time thing..I've ordered other skirts from DGY, and I've found so many colors and patterns I would never have thought I'd like, that have turned out to be favorites.
