We here at Darn Good Yarn know that shopping online can be difficult. When shopping for yarn, clothing or any other items we carry, you want to be able to feel the texture & softness, to compare the different colors, or to find the best natural light to truly evaluate that perfect shade of purple. All that is very tricky to do when shopping online! However, you do get the benefit of shopping in your PJ's at 11 at night if you want- so it's not too bad ;)
We want to make your online shopping experience even better; as perfect and painless as possible. That's why we have an awesome return policy. If you aren't happy, then we aren't happy. Your first step is going to be to contact us in the space to the right. Please be sure to include in your message what you would like to return or exchange. Please keep in mind we process all returns and exchanges on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s. Once we hear from you we will send you over some really great choices we’ve come up with as return options.
Please note all refund requests will be refunded minus shipping. US orders have 30 days from the ship date to initiate a refund or exchange request; if you live outside the US, you've got 40 days from ship date to initiate. All returns and exchanges have to be processed and approved by a Darn Good Yarn staff member. All packages sent to Darn Good Yarn without going through this process are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
