We here at Darn Good Yarn know that shopping online can be difficult. When shopping for yarn or clothing or any other items we carry, you want to be able to feel the texture and softness, to compare the colors, or to find the best natural light to truly evaluate that perfect shade of purple. All that is very tricky to do with an online store! However, you do get the benefit of shopping in your PJ's at 11 at night if you want- so it's not too bad!
We want to make your online shopping experience even better; as perfect and as painless as possible. That's why we have this awesome return policy. If you aren't happy, then we aren't happy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to exchange for a fee of $6.95 per item. This fee covers shipping back to you, handling from our staff at Schenectady ARC and allows us to continue to partner with our cooperatives and ARC. Otherwise, you are welcome to keep your order and we will be happy to put a $10 credit on your Darn Good Yarn account.
Please note all refund requests will be refunded minus the shipping. US orders have 30 days from the ship date to initiate a refund or exchange request; if you live outside the US, you've got 40 days from ship date to initiate. All returns and exchanges have to be processed through our returns application at the bottom of this page and approved by a Darn Good Yarn staff member. All packages sent to Darn Good Yarn without going through this process are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
