Here at Darn Good Yarn, we want to make your online shopping experience awesome; as perfect and painless as possible. Your first step is going to be to contact us in the space to the right. Don’t forget to include in your message what you would like to return or exchange.
If we made a mistake, we are always willing to make it right! If you aren’t super happy with an item and want to exchange it, that’s no problem! Before you ship your order back, you’ll need an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from us. Your first item exchange is on us, after that we only charge a $5 flat fee to cover shipping it back out to you.
Please note all refund requests will be refunded less shipping. US orders have 30 days from the ship date to initiate a refund or exchange request; if you live outside the US, you've got 40 days from ship date to initiate. All returns and exchanges have to be processed and approved by a Darn Good Yarn staff member before the item can be sent back to us. All packages sent to Darn Good Yarn without going through this process are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
