- US Q/19 (15 mm) Crochet Hook (not included)
- Tapestry Needle and Scissors (not included)

Row 16: Pick Up Silk Ribbon yarn. Work around the entire piece. Ch 3 and turn. 2 dcs in same st, 1 dc in each sc across working 3 dcs in last sc. Working along row ends; 1 dc in each sc row end, 2 dcs in each dc row end. Ss to 1st dc and fasten off.
Finishing: Weave in ends and block.
