Excellent customer service

The Moonstone pendant was an advertised bonus included with a skirt order. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the pendant was missing. I reached out to customer service to let them know, mainly in case it was missing for someone else, too. Customer service responded quickly and apologized for the missing piece, even though it had been a bonus. The representative explained they piece was sold out and graciously offered a comparable item instead. It was well beyond what I expected for a bonus.
