Needed a lot more yarn!

The pattern calls for ten skeins but I ultimately needed sixteen. I decreased the collar length to decrease the bulk around the neck. The stitched joins of the fabric yarn tended to come apart and had to be tied - Ive fixed lots of holes in the finished sweater because of this problem. In spite of these frustrations I like the sweater: its cute and unusual.
