- 2 Shells
- Permanent markers
- Glue gun
Draw the outline of a mermaid onto a piece of cardboard and cut it out.
Paint the mermaid using acrylic paint. Paint the top half using a color skin tone of your choice. Paint the bottom half green.
Once all of your paint has dried, use permanent markers to draw the mermaid’s face.
Add holes along the mermaid’s hairline using a hole puncher.
Create the mermaid’s hair by cutting yarn into equal length pieces. Thread each yarn through a hole and knot it.
Wrap yarn around the mermaid’s tail. Create a knot near the mermaid’s waistband near the end when finished to secure the yarn into place.
Glue on two shells for the mermaid’s bikini using a hot glue gun.
Your magical mermaid is all set!! :)
