Celebrate St. Patrick's Day and Be Good to the Environment with Eco-Friendly Green Clothing!

As Spring quickly approaches, we're beginning to see green all around. This isn't only because of the newly growing grass or blooming trees (and no, we're not feeling envy either) but St. Patrick's Day is soon approaching! To celebrate Ireland's most famous patron saint, businesses and families decorate with shamrocks and green glitter. If St. Patrick's Day is among your yearly traditions, then you know that the wearing of green for the occasion is a must!

This year, you can wear a St. Patrick's Day outfit that is not only green in color but is eco-friendly, too! Here at Darn Good Yarn, we have a selection of clothing that will make this St. Patrick's Day your most fashionable yet! Here are some of our green and eco-friendly options!

The women who work in the co-op's create each scarf by cutting and sewing together 7 strips of recycled sari silk fabric. These scarves come in a wide variety of colors, including bright shamrock shades of green!
