I fell in love, and some of you did too.
She wrote me, “I don’t know where it {the pattern} originated from. I have known it forever…my nana taught it to me when i was is my teens and i am now 50.
. What I do know about is that it is called either a butterfly or bowtie patttern and i have seen it in a single pattern as i did or a double pattern where there are two butterflies. I am giving you the pattern for the single. As follows:
