Stitch Abbreviation List: 

  • Hdc = half double crochet

Helpful Note: Make this ribbon as short or as long as you need by making less/more rows!

 

Tools & Materials

 

The Pattern 

  • In magic ring: 8hdc
  • Rounds 1 - onwards: 8hdc for each round, working until you have the desired length for your ribbon. Some suggested measurements are below:
    • Child’s headband: 44”
    • Adult headband: 48”

  • At the final round, leave a long tail for gathering the last round together, cut the yarn, then weave the tail through the final round and pull tight to gather end together

 

Finishing Touches: After gathering the end, bind off, weave in ends, trim tails, and enjoy!
