UPDATE: Sept 8 2024: We’re facing additional hurdles with our landlord, who’s more interested in his own financial gain than helping us recover from the flood. His refusal to provide essential insurance information and his focus on maximizing his profit despite severe damage and mold issues are creating an extra financial burden and pushing us into a costly legal battle. This situation is incredibly frustrating and costly, adding to the difficulties we’re already facing.
