The Darn Good Yarn community does a lot together—we live-sale, we craft, we laugh, and we #dogood. We won't lie, while we are finding good every day in the world, life on earth is definitely not easy and we could all use some inner peace so that our authentic selves and our true spirits can thrive.
Nicole wanted to give something back to our #DGY friends, so she found a local (to us) healer to create special content that is accessible to all levels and could easily be done during a lunch break. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Learn the practice of Shitali Karana. Shitali karana is a breathing exercise that can help you develop awareness of your body-mind-sense complex, deepen your meditation practice, balance your energy, and support deeper, better sleep. The practice is often used before yoga nidra and before sleep, but can also be done as a stand-alone practice.
Duration: Approx. 30 minutes.
