The hat is adorable for a knitter but I don’t knit although I want to learn. I am a crocheter. I love the buttons on the hat.
oh girl, it’s so easy to knit! Just hop onto youtube… you’ll learn everything you need to know…lots of what I’ve learned comes from just replaying stuff over and over on youtube and then bam..I got it!
You are so right, Nicole! I learned how to knit continental on Youtube and repeated the tutorial over and over and over…over a weekend! I can now knit and purl with confidence and the speed I picked up is unreal! Thanks for promoting knitting and helping to remove the fear of it. Knitting is not just a hobby; it is a skill that is developed over lots of time practicing.
If you know how to crochet, knitting should come easy to you take a knitting class. I Told my teacher I was left handed and she said I would have to learn right handed. But I did it.
And I’m glad I did it. Just take a class. Our community center has some and also the material stores in a town 30 miles away offered them. It was fun. We had so much fun learning and ripping. I wish you the best of luck. Liz
I love it!
Your trusty m-i-l loves it!!!
I’m having problems downloading the PDF file. Anyone else with this problem. If so, please help! Adorable hat, Nicole!!!

I am looking for a pattern for my husband. He wants
a knit hat that covers his ears and does not fly off
when the wind blows. He does not want it to loose or to snug. He has a circumference of 24 in. HELP
Thank you. Hannah
Hi Hannah, I will try to develop something while I am gone next week. Have a lovely day!

Is there anyway to do this on circular needles and a way to modify this pattern for it? I’m scared to use double point needles and I haven’t learned on them quite yet. I just got the yarn and I love it I can’t wait to use it. Thank you Anne
