I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I thought I would start this week out with some craft candy.

So Anne wrote me last week and told me that she was making flowers out of the Sari Silk Ribbon that I carry here and she said they have been a huge hit! She writes,
You just cut 6-12 in piece of the ribbon (i like to have a piece with 2 colors ). Then take a needle and thread, and weave it through the bottom of the ribbon. Then draw-string the yarn until it bunches up like a flower. Sew the underside together so it won’t come undone. Then I either add a button or another color ribbon to the middle. I attach these to pins and use them as shawl pins or to keep my slouchy berets on (they fall off my head all the time).
