Hi friends!
Great picture eh? Mike took it of me when we were on a trip in NYC after visiting my mommy. We went to this wine bar and they were closed, it was hot, I was grumpy and voila…. 
So I just wanted to use this time to extend to you the forum to send me any questions or dilemmas you might encounter. Did you mess up your knitting? Are you having a problem finding patterns? Did your dog run away? Shoot ‘em at me and I’ll consult my power team and get back to you with an answer!

do you knit on the subway?
I found your beautiful silk darngoodyarn at a knit supply store in Ashville, NC and bought two balls without a plan. I want this near my face, a scarf or cowl would be great, but it is so thick. I want a lacy type pattern so that it isn’t going to be stiff. I am a small person and can get lost in thick big scarves. I need suggestions cause this is just so pretty.
Nicole, I forgot to mention that the yarn is the Nepalese Hand Spun Recycled 100% silk (Teal Strokes # 3041). I just love how it shines!
