		<description>ere&#039;s the thing, when you start decreasing and making the top of the hat you need to transition to DPNs. I know they look really scary but all you&#039;re doing is knitting in straight rows and then moving to the next needle and working in a straight row again. This is a great pattern to learn DPN skills on because the yarn is so chunky and you can see what you&#039;re doing. I learned on sock yarn.... OMG, that was TOUGH!
